Problem

In today's farm-to-table scene, restaurants have challenges sourcing local produce and farmers can't market their sustainable produce effectively. This gap leads to waste and inefficiency.

Approach

The team conducted research and interviews on food supply chains to create a prototype that would provide value to farmers, restrauranteers, and diners.

Solution

Farmable offers timestamped produce and QR code scanning to enable restaurants to view produce information and place orders. Diners can view sustainability information and leave feedback to farmers and restaurants.
