Jamie Rehberg

Jamie Rehberg is CEO of Cocoon AI, a business transformation and software development agency that puts users at the center of every solution. She teaches at the University of Washington’s Global Innovation Exchange (GIX) and in the Information School, where she mentors graduate students in user-centered design, design thinking, and product and project management. With over 20 years of experience across product management, engineering leadership, and global program management, Jamie has built a career applying human-centered approaches to complex systems and emerging technologies. At Microsoft, she led large-scale customer success operations exceeding $20M annually, managed global teams of up to 500, and implemented delivery excellence frameworks that improved both user outcomes and operational performance. Jamie holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Through Cocoon AI and her broader work, she helps organizations design, evaluate, and scale AI-driven products grounded in real user needs.
