Sean Ker

Sean Ker is an MSTI alumnus whose path spans software engineering, aviation, and Japanese language study. At Microsoft, he built cloud systems supporting global data center operations. He is pursuing his private pilot certificate, having completed solo and cross-country flights. He also studies Japanese with the goal of reaching business-level proficiency and returning to Japan, where he lived as a child. Across these pursuits, Sean brings an interdisciplinary perspective and genuine curiosity about how people build meaningful, unconventional careers.
