Kara joins the Global Innovation Exchange after 8 years at the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business as the Director of Evening MBA, Student Affairs, and most recently as a Director at The Product Management Center. In her time at Foster, Kara provided strategic leadership and direction for The Product Management Center. She owned the strategy, planning, and delivery of the student experience for the Evening MBA Program.

Prior to Foster, Kara worked as a corporate recruiter for SMART Technologies and as a university recruiter for Amazon. She spent 6 years working for New York University and held roles in career counseling, graduate admissions, student services, and academic advising. Kara holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Old Dominion University.
