Ballmer Building Event Spaces
The Steve Ballmer Building is a modern, flexible space just minutes from downtown Bellevue and the 520 bridge that offers flexible event spaces, high-tech amenities, and a variety of available services. Perfect for your hackathon, corporate training, or non-profit retreat, we have space available for reservation at competitive rates.

The Steve Ballmer Building has a wide variety of rooms and spaces for reservation, including small break-out rooms, large traditional and flipped classrooms, and a customizable 200-person space.
Our event manager will work closely with you throughout the planning process to ensure your needs are met, and day-of, you will be assigned an event liaison to ensure your event runs smoothly.
All room rates include A/V equipment; Every room is equipped with at least one monitor and/or projection screen, and most have your choice of handheld or lapel microphones (see room details below). Custom setup and arrangement of furniture requests is provided in your rental. Your rental includes the use of our kitchenette, which has a sink, microwaves, refrigerators, and prep space. Directional signage will guide guests from our free parking garage below the building to your event on the floors above.

Photography and Event Marketing
We offer the unique chance to work with our in-house photographer and videographer to receive the best event coverage. Full-coverage event photography and limited videography is available for the duration of your event, including audience candids, speaker portraits, event programming, and more in a way that best showcases your event in the Steve Ballmer Building.
Work with our photographer and receive day-of access to selected photographs for fast sharing to social media. All photos will be delivered in high-resolution formats that are appropriate for web, print, and other use without attribution or license restrictions.
Add-on Services
We are able to rent additional technology, including a portable projector and screen, easels, mobile or tabletop whiteboards, laptops, or even a language translation booth and equipment. We can also provide a dedicated, onsite AV tech to help with any technology needs.
We can provide limited refreshment services, including coffee, tea, and water for up to 40 people with an additional fee. If you’d like additional support with catering, we are able to coordinate the ordering and day-of execution, setup, and cleaning of external catering vendors. Work with our recommended caterers or your own and your event liaison can provide logistics details to the caterer before your event. Note: the event organizer will be responsible for all vendor payments.
